I like that they were accommodating as they held my room since I was like getting there because I got stuck in a snowbank and they were great when I got there and getting me to my room quickly so I could thaw out in the spa tub

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The staff was responsive to our concern that we needed to change rooms because of odor issues the first night. Because the hotel was booked full, we had to wait until the next day, and the staff moved us promptly,

I have stayed here for years!! Location is perfect. Always kind staff, meets or exceeds my expectations every time! I feel safe when I travel there alone. I have a great time with family there AND they are pet friendly too!

It was very easy to find. Close to restaurants. Great shuttle service to rodeo and back. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast is excellent, providing wide variety food. From eggs, sausage, waffles to breakfast cereals, yogurt and fruit. The dining room attendants were extremely helpful, even bringing my husband a waffle!
